Using tasklist
if your TaskManager can not be used, alternatively you can use another software from windows like tasklist, tasklist can be use only by XP and Vista Operating System ...

fist of all we need to run cmd, then give the command tasklist and hit enter
for kill, create a notepad file and type
@echo off
taskkill /F /IM
Example:
@echo
Taskkill /F /IM cmd.exe
Taskkill /F /IM my_love.exe

and save as .bat then run as usual.
